HRSF EDI statement

Our Sixth Form is a community built on compassion, where every individual is valued, respected, and supported to thrive. We believe that understanding one another begins with empathy, and we actively foster an environment where kindness shapes our actions and our relationships.

We encourage a spirit of curiosity, inspiring students to explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and engage thoughtfully with the diverse world around them. By asking questions and seeking deeper understanding, we grow not only as learners but as responsible members of society.

We uphold a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do. This means celebrating the richness of our differences, ensuring fairness in our policies and practices, and working continuously to create a place where everyone feels they belong.

Together, we strive to build a Sixth Form where compassion guides us, curiosity drives us, and commitment strengthens us.
