Mrs Ward shared her career in politics, including her time working as part of the Foreign Office, and her current work representing local residents in her ward. Students and staff thoroughly enjoyed Mrs Ward's visit and found it insightful to see how local government operates.

Post-Enrolment Forms

Dear student and parents/carers,

We are delighted that you have accepted a place with us and are looking forward to welcoming you to the sixth form. Following your enrolment at Harris Rainham Sixth form (on or after 24th August 2023) you are required to complete the two following forms and return all necessary information to us.

The sixth form admissions form

This form should be completed by parents/carers after enrolment in August. Please allow 20 minutes to complete this form.

You will need to have to hand:

  • Name and address of your son/daughter’s current school
  • Your son/daughter’s email address and mobile number
  • Three sets of priority contact details for your son/daughter (the names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of three people who can be contacted in case of an emergency, or to discuss your child’s wellbeing, attendance or academic performance)
  • Your son/daughter’s medical information, including GP contact details and medical conditions.

You will be asked to read and confirm that you consent and agree to the information on the following documents, all of which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
